"National Seminar on Corporate Compliance Management", is being organized by ICSI under sponsorship of NFCG on 29 March 2007 at New Delhi. This seminar aims to focus attention on compliance with the spirit and details of law cast upon corporate professionals an onerous responsibility to guide the Corporates in adapting with compliance regimes, so as to ensure extended protection to investors, shareholders and other stakeholders.
