Workshop Report
Prof. A.K. Vashisht welcomed the dignitaries Mr. Rajan Kashyap, Mr. P.K. Verma, Mr. P.K. Abrol and Prof. Satish Kapoor. He stated that sustainability relates to a company's ongoing ability to protect and grow shareholder value through positively managing its impact on, and relationship with, diverse stakeholder constituencies. The business principles, i.e., governance are the foundations for sustainable development.
